Change TF2 animations
This tutorial shows how to change animations for any class you want.
I made the tutorial on a forum, so I'm copying from there.
The tutorial is old, and my English was even worse than it is now, so you may not understand it.

Yes ... I saw a video where someone had changed the classes animations. He didn't wanna make a tutorial, so I had to figure out myself, and make a tutorial.
I changed the heavy to scout, and I seriously lol'd.
You'll need a program called GCFScape.
Find the program yourself. Search for "GCFScape" at google and download it.
When it's downloaded, follow these steps:
1. Open the file in you steamapps called "team fortress content.gcf".
2. Go into "tf" > "models" > "players"
3. Hold down your CTRL-button and press all the 9 files that's called "*class name* _animations" (Let go the CTRL-button)
4. Now all the files are marked, right click one of them, and extract to; "*your steam ID*" > "team fortress 2" > "tf" > "models" > "players". Press extract.
5. Now, open that folder.
"*The hard disk you have steam in*" > "Program files" > "Steam" > "steamapps" > "*your steam ID*" > "team fortress 2" > "tf" > "models" > "players".
Now you shall have the files you just extracted, like "heavy_animations.mdl", and "scout_animations.mdl".
To change the animations, just do like this (This showing you how to change the Scout and Heavy)
Change the "scout_animations.mdl" to "scout2_animations", then, change "heavy_animations.mdl" to "scout_animations.mdl", then again change the real scout file to "heavy_animations.mdl.
If you have done everything right, they just have switched names.
When you open TF2, and do taunts with heavy, you will do the scout taunts.
Just try it.
If you wanna change it back, just delete the animations.mdl files from the "player" folder.
Good luck, and have fun.
