im not sure that this rep addon is the best we can get,users can thank to themselfs from diff accounts,and why is there only positive "vote".
I was on this offroad vbulletin forum when i saw this rly cool rating system,users rate each other with positive and negative votes,one user can vote for another users post once,+ he is allowed to give a comment on his post that is visible only to the user he votted to. EXAMPLE

the actual vote "menu" when u click above the users post (theres an icon for that)
I just though we can have this too,i think its the most realistic..
If anyone know whats this addon called or something else,cuz im not into vbulletin ..
